Job description: The Operations Manager is responsible for the coordination and supervision of service activities and the company's internal operations. He must ensure that all production processes are efficient, so as to achieve the company's business objectives. The Operations Manager must have a deep understanding of processes and operations, be able to make quick decisions and have excellent communication and leadership skills. Responsibilities: - Coordination and supervision of service activities and internal operations of the company. - Development and implementation of strategies to improve processes and operations - Monitoring the performance of the production team and ensuring that it achieves the company's business objectives - Identifying and managing risks and related issues of current activities - Collaboration with other departments of the company to ensure efficient coordination of activities - Development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards - Ensuring that all equipment and machines are maintained and functioning properly - Identification of new clients, conclusion of contracts, monitoring of invoicing of services provided, as well as implementation of insurance policies financial Requirements:- Relevant experience in the field of construction/management/real estate/sales- Excellent leadership and communication skills- Ability to make quick and efficient decisions- Solid knowledge of machinery, market, legislation- Mandatory (Word, Excel, Outlook, Windows, WhatsApp) and optional (Access, PowerPoint, Instagram, Facebook) digital skills- Ability to develop and implement strategies for process improvement - Knowledge of regulations and quality standards - Ability to identify and manage risks and problems related to the provision of services - Ability to collaborate with other company departments to ensure efficient coordination of activities Benefits: - attractive basic salary - performance increase at the end of the year - based on clear, quantifiable criteria - annual bonus - at the discretion of the General Manager - additional remuneration for involvement In other projects - 50% increase for days worked on weekends - payment of training/improvement/authorization courses - friendly, young working environment, which respects work / life balance. - possibility of advancement.
