Job description: The Operations Manager is responsible for the coordination and supervision of service activities and the company's internal operations. He must ensure that all production processes are efficient, so as to achieve the company's business objectives. The Operations Manager must have a deep understanding of processes and operations, be able to make quick decisions and have excellent communication and leadership skills.
