Branch manager

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation of all activities necessary for the smooth operation of the payment point

Continuous monitoring of compliance with defined work standards and procedures at the payment point

Management, motivation and evaluation of employees

Creating the work schedule of employees by shifts, assigning work activities within the payment center

Work on improving the work process and constantly raising the level of user experience at the payment point

Regular visits to business facilities and care for business compliance with the latest trends and innovations in the industry

Carrying out administrative tasks (implementing the list of inventory, equipment, bar, stock status)

Responsibility for the results of the work of the payment point and the achievement of defined goals

Candidate profile:

Secondary vocational education

Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in team management and business organization

Ability to solve problems, organize a team and plan 

Expressed communication and interpersonal skills

Category B driver's license - active driver

Willingness to work in the field
