Labor associate

Our partner is an actor in the service sector, dealing with the full planning, implementation and maintenance of building engineering and air conditioning systems. It distributes recognized, world-class cooling and heating equipment, and carries out comprehensive engineering, technical consulting and construction activities. We are looking for a new Labor employee to join their team, who will facilitate the smooth functioning of everyday life. If you have experience in labor and payroll tasks, you know how to keep records and manage returns, we are looking for you! Labor associate Tasks Complete labor, payroll, and declaration tasks Entry and exit of employees Up-to-date management of employment contracts, personal and employment documents, records; Preparation of monthly and other returns, statements, data services Management of job advertisements Organization of mandatory examinations and training Requirements At least intermediate level specialized, payroll and/or TB administration qualification, Relevant 3-5 years of experience in a similar position User-level knowledge of MS Office, solid Excel skills Independent, precise, accurate work What we offer competitive salary cafeteria secure, long-term job opportunity
