Procurement officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

conducts marketing research - developing a strategy for a specific procurement area, monitoring market conditions

research and mapping of the European market - materials and spare parts, suppliers, prices, delivery conditions, etc.

finds new suppliers

prepares reports, basis for assessment and procurement plan

performs timely procurement (domestic and/or imported) of the necessary 

collects all technical documentation / safety data sheets that should accompany all goods 

plans the procurement of raw materials from his scope of work

contracts procurement with suppliers

contacts existing and potential suppliers on all procurement issues

controls supplies of raw materials (quantities, expiration dates, etc.)

in case of need, advertises materials, resolves complaints about qualitative and quantitative receipt of goods

performs technical processing of documents in the computer program SAP

CONDITIONS:

VI or VII degree of school education in economics, mechanical or electrical engineering

work experience in procurement

computer skills (Excel), knowledge of SAP is an advantage

knowledge of the English language is mandatory, knowledge of the German language is an advantage

mandatory possession of a category B driver's license - active driver
