Safety/Equipment Assistant

Work in the second shift, from the office in New Belgrade.

ENTRY POSITION.

Friendly, fast-paced motor carrier looking for someone to fill the position of Safety/Equipment Assistant.

Position outline:

Maintain Truck and Trailer files - recording and following maintenance, expiration dates, renewals, etc.

Monitor truck and trailer conditions to ensure they're compliant with the FMCSA rules and regulations

Regular communication with the drivers and other entities for needed information and documents

Other supporting assignments as directed by the manager

Required skills:

Great organization skills and the ability to multitask

Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks

English language FLUENCY - School English will NOT suffice. Accents, dialects and other verbal variations are not of significance, and shall not be looked at unfavorably. What matters is that the conversation is clear and fluent

Good communication and people skills

Experience and knowledge with Excel and Google Drive
