Brugsen is the area's local convenience store. Hjordkær has 1,600 inhabitants and is located in Region South Denmark, close to the Sønderjyske motorway. It is respectively 9 km to Aabenraa and 7 km to Rødekro.
Hjordkær has an attractive club life where there are activities for all ages. The city has, among other things, sports ground and sports hall, as well as school up to and including 9th grade.
We are approximately 14 committed colleagues of all ages, who all look forward to welcoming you.
 
About the job
In close cooperation with the store's other employees, you ensure that the store always appears fresh, inviting and ready for sale. You help prepare the store for different seasons, such as Christmas, Easter, etc. All employees contribute to putting the customer in focus and providing a very special customer service. We value well-being and want a colleague who has a sense of humor and a positive attitude.
 
The daily tasks consist of:
 

Customer service
Product replenishment
Ordering goods
Preparing the shop for the start of the newspaper / season
Implementation of opening and closing routines

About you
We expect you to be motivated by customer service and groceries. It is important that you are outgoing, visible and welcoming to customers. You have an interest in the merchant business and are curious to learn even more about sales and earnings. You are able to plan and prioritize the daily tasks, which you carry out efficiently. You take responsibility for tasks and follow through on them.
