Head of production line

He establishes the daily priorities at the level of area, leads the implementation of improvement plans using the TPM methodology and tools and carries out the confirmation of daily processes, to ensure compliance with standards and critical systems. Responsible for the coordination and development of an autonomous team at the level of its area of responsibility, by guiding and promoting a performance-oriented culture. It ensures that all tasks and activities carried out at the level of the area of responsibility are carried out in accordance with the company's standards of work safety, food safety and sustainability. Leads and promotes active work safety agenda applicable at the line level. Monitors compliance with 5S, cleaning, HACCP standards in the area of responsibility. Proactively develops plans and manages resources to lead to improvements on the line and efficient processes. Ensures that losses are attacked using the TPM methodology and available tools. Monitors whether the equipment is operated in the desired way (standard working conditions). Gives support to operators in solving anomalies or escalates them when necessary. Cooperates with Maintenance to ensure improvement of equipment performance. Follows the production plan and supports E2E performance. Participates in daily planning activities, sets daily line/area priorities. Ensures optimal use of resources.
