Due to the constant growth and development of the business, the increased volume of work, we need to expand our team and are looking for an executor in the position:

HEAD OF LOGISTICS

Your job will entail
:

Planning, organization and monitoring of work: warehouse, transport, employees, entire warehouse operation and stock

Control and organization of receipt and storage of goods, organization of loading and unloading

Daily cooperation with the sales sector and implementation of all agreed procedures

Makes organizational proposals and formulates the work plan of the distribution center with active participation in their implementation in order to improve the work of the warehouse business

Organizes and participates in periodic (quarterly) and annual inventories of goods in the warehouse

Creates and implements work procedures and instructions for the logistics sector

Plans, organizes and coordinates the work of drivers in order to efficiently organize transport to customers as well as between business units of the company

Controls the realization of deliveries

Controls the technical maintenance plan of the vehicle and keeps records of the costs of the transport service

Suggests types and methods of training and professional development of employees in the warehouse

He is obliged, in agreement with the authorized person for safety, to inform employees in the logistics sector about the Law on Safety and Health at Work and monitor its implementation.

We expect you to:

At least IV degree in technical or traffic direction

Minimum work experience of 3 years

Desirable experience in working with the distribution of consumer goods

Communication and analytical skills

Responsibility in fulfilling the assigned goals and tasks
