Job Description
Store Team Development: Leads and manages the recruitment process for all positions in the store team. Coordinates and manages talent management, development and performance processes within the store team. Organizes monthly one-on-one meetings with his team members. Schedules and implements training and development sessions for store team.Managing the activities of IQOS Sales Experts, providing training and evaluating their performance:Distribute and plan the activities of IQOS Sales Experts through monthly plans.Manage the work schedule and hours of the team.Lead daily meetings to distribute roles (e.g. cashier), assign store areas to each employee and establish daily priorities.Monitors the weekly rotation of IQOS Sales Experts activities.Oversees all IQOS Sales Experts activities to identify areas for improvement and ensure that all team members are active.Ensures that all activities of Sales adheres to the PMI NCA code of practice and local regulatory requirements. Provides regular feedback, on-the-job coaching and constructive feedback in one-on-one meetings. Demonstrates customer service and after-sales behaviors by interacting directly with consumers. Creates role-plays within of daily and individual meetings to train IQOS Sales Experts in the areas of sales and/or customer service that require improvement. Weekly and monthly reports of the store's NPS. Evaluates the performance of his team through KPIs. Monitoring of inventory, stocks, execution standards In the store and equipment maintenance: divides the tasks of opening/closing the store. Organizes the store stock and checks it regularly. Checks the display of products in the store according to standards. Checks the quality of the delivered goods and, in case of defective devices, returns them to the location daily. Checks the cleanliness of the store and actively contributes to set an example for the team. What do we offer?
