An engineering manager position has opened in connection with the introduction of a new product group in the team of our small, international, innovative, automotive parts manufacturing partner in Pest County.
Your new position:
Professional management of the company's product and process engineering team (approx. 18 people)
Coordination of projects from product concept development to production
Customer relations
Continuous improvement of the processes of the production areas (electronics, plastic injection molding, assembly)
Initiation of cost efficiency projects
Preparation of a financial plan, assessment of development and investment opportunities
What do you need to succeed?
advanced technical education
conversational English skills
Experience in an electronic or plastic injection molding or assembly technology environment
3-5 years of experience in a product development and process engineering position at a manufacturing company
