Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of the department and compliance with the specifications, as defined by the Chef
- Department orders and inventory
- Adherence to the health and safety regulations of the department
- Creating a harmonious environment among the kitchen staff
- Ensuring uninterrupted service with the main concern being the quality of the food
Necessary qualifications:
- Culinary school degree
- At least three years of experience in 5-star hotels
- Previous experience in an a la carte and fine dining environment, would be
- Desirable Knowledge of English
- Team spirit, professionalism, adaptability, flexibility
- Ability to organize, take initiative
