Waiter / Waitress (Athens & Antiparos)

The Cookoovaya restaurant, included for the last seven years in the list of recommended restaurants of the Michelin guide, is looking for partners for its stores in Athens and Antiparos. The chef - owner Periklis Koskinas, cooks with moderation and abstraction, with fresh local products and centering on simplicity and balance.
Necessary qualifications:
- Degree in tourism professions
- At least three years of experience in similar restaurants or 5-star hotels
- Ability to cut and serve fish and meat at the table
- Excellent knowledge of English, knowledge of a second language will be appreciated
- Knowledge of electronic ordering systems
- WSPC level 1 and level 2 qualification will be appreciated
Responsibilities:
- Service according to the standards of the restaurant in order to accommodate guests
- Excellent knowledge and presentation of the restaurant at the table
- Food and drink ordering
- Supervision of the area of responsibility and division of labor
- Compliance with departmental health and safety regulations
- Creating a harmonious environment among the staff
