ABOUT THE ROLE Your main role as a Regional Commercial Trainer (RCT) is to train the store teams on VM practices according to the company's standards. · Conducting training that will increase sales in stores. · Maintaining Sinsay brand image in line with the brand's concept. · Supervision and coordination of the VM works in the stores. · Control and analysis of sales results in specified stores. · Implementation and coordination of company’s VM guidelines. · Providing support for Regional Sales Managers (RSM) in the area of product display. · Close cooperation with Regional Sales Managers' Teams, Onboarding Store Managers and the Opening Team. Requirements · Experience in Visual Merchandising in the retail industry – experience in a fast fashion environment will be considered an asset. · Experience in working in regional structures. · Positive attitude, talent in training and motivating store teams. · Actively interested in fashion and current trends in the clothing industry. · Excellent communication and organizational skills. · Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset. · Very good command of English, with ease in both written and spoken communication. · Driver’s license. · Availability for business travel.
