Quality Assurance Manager - Hypermarket Barlad

Your main responsibilities: To supervise daily the quality and the commercial appearance of the goods in the store (expiration dates, the quality and compliance with the rules for keeping fresh products, the cleanliness of the equipment); the store, to ensure that through your activity you ensure the safety of customers, to respect the measures of health and safety at work and the legal provisions of hygiene and food safety; To maintain permanent contact with the control institutions and to accompany them during their visits In the store. The profile we are looking for: Experience of at least 2 years in commerce; Higher specialized studies (veterinary medicine/ food industry); Team leadership skills (support, motivation, delegation, prioritization); Ability to deal with stressful situations and strict deadlines; Knowledge of PC operation - MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - intermediate / advanced level; Strategic thinking and very good merchandising concepts; Capacity for synthesis and financial analysis.
