We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Track and Trace Specialist to join our dynamic team at our New Belgrade office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role and be ready to work on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery

Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and internal teams to provide real-time updates on shipment status

Resolve any issues or delays in the delivery process

Maintain accurate records of all tracking information

Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize tracking processes and improve efficiency

Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months of experience in a track and trace or similar logistics role

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Proficiency in using tracking and logistics software
