Become part of our team in the Stuttgart or Frankfurt am Main region and join as soon as possible as: SENIOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (M/F/D) FOR TURNKEY CONSTRUCTION YOUR TASKS You will take responsibility for demanding construction projects, from multi-story apartment buildings and terraced houses to complex ones Neighborhood developments. You will coordinate, control and monitor all contractors and their specialist construction managers until the turnkey handover to our private customers. They ensure that all new construction projects are implemented in accordance with costs, deadlines and quality and thus make a significant contribution to the company's success. You also ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations. You are in constant communication with all internal and external project participants and lead the joint coordination meetings. You will actively shape the further development and digitalization of processes and standards in order to continually optimize your working environment. WHAT YOU BRING You have successfully completed a technical degree in civil engineering or a comparable construction-specific qualification, e.g. B. as a technician / master / architect (m/f/d). With several years of professional experience in a comparable position, you have already successfully managed and fully completed turnkey construction projects on your own responsibility. You are assertive, have excellent negotiating skills and are convincing when dealing with people. They show enthusiasm for innovative and sustainable topics such as building information modeling, lean construction management, wood hybrid construction or even greening and mobility concepts.
