Children and youth counselor for special counselling

We are looking for a child and youth counselor for a permanent position per June 1, 37 hours per week.
In our special counseling team, you will have a versatile and varied everyday life, which includes, among other things, close dialogue with the families, sparring with a business partner, conversations with children, drawing up decisions, etc. You will not have to sit with calculations and payouts, as our administrative team takes care of this function.
We emphasize translating our knowledge of legislation and our social work insight into coherent solutions that help and advise the citizen in the best possible way. This requires skilled and committed employees, which is why employee satisfaction and competence development are high on our agenda.
We are one department and united in solving the tasks, and divided into different district teams with different tasks and areas of responsibility, and always with a focus on interdisciplinary task solving in close interaction with the general area.
You will work closely with the other colleagues in your team, your manager and the department's lawyer.

Your profile
We are looking for a colleague who can show empathy and understanding of the difficult situation our families are often in. It is also important to us that you understand the importance of meeting case processing deadlines and are prepared to navigate everyday life with complex family problems. It is also an advantage if you have experience in working with children and young people, preferably within the specialist area.

Salary and terms of employment
The employment takes place in accordance with the applicable collective agreement after negotiation. In addition, upon employment, a criminal record must be presented and a child's certificate must be obtained. Employment will be conditional on these being satisfactory.
