A dedicated and professionally strong nurse is wanted for children's work in Randers Municipality

The Health and Social Care Children's Team is currently looking for a nurse who would like to replace a team in an ongoing effort. You will become part of a competent team that, through the treatment of a young person with special conditions, is instrumental in making a significant difference for both the young person and the family.
The specific effort The effort takes place in the family's home in Randers Municipality. It is therefore important that you know how to combine responsibility and empathy with respect for the family's private home.
The youngster was born with a short intestine, which means that the youngster drinks his nutrition during the day, and receives tube feeding via pump at night. In addition, there is a prescription for C-paper - therefore this is a task that is also handled. You will receive training before the first shift in e.g. use of C-card and probe.
There is also training for ADL and PADL activities, as well as exercises that are done in close collaboration with the young person and their parents.
We are looking for you who:

Can support the young person's need for a structured everyday life with a focus on predictability.
Can ensure good educational involvement of the young person so that there is a continuous focus on development.
Has an understanding of working in the private home and creating good cooperation with the family.
It is a plus if you have experience with using a C-pad and tube - or that you have the courage to learn it.
Is responsible, reliable and flexible.

In this effort, we are looking for both permanent employees or flexible replacements who will become a permanent part of the team, who always cover for each other during holidays and illness to ensure the security that it is the same faces that come into the home.
The shifts are afternoon/evening shifts, which are respectively from [phone removed] - 22.00 and night shifts from 22.00 - 8.30. There is on-call coverage every day of the week.
