Hørsholm Municipality is looking for a service-minded IT supporter Hørsholm Municipality has an IT team of 13 people consisting of professionally proud and interested colleagues who look after each other well in a busy day-to-day, but we need one more colleague who can help make the technical day-to-day work into a higher unity. Maybe it's you? As an IT supporter in Hørsholm Municipality, you, together with your 3 closest colleagues, help around 1800 employees distributed between the Town Hall and our locations around the municipality. Your tasks range from daily hands-on tasks such as user administration and troubleshooting to active participation in development projects and implementation across the units. You will be part of an organization in constant motion, with turbo on digitization and a team in constant change. What we are looking for is someone who has experience with and interest in broad support across software, projects and devices, who contributes to the good user experience, is motivated by the good cooperation with other colleagues and who helps to ensure prioritization of the long-term focus on a stable infrastructure. TeamIT's most important task is to support the municipality's technical and digital foundations, so that the other employees have the tools to provide the citizens with the best possible service and help with important societal tasks, such as health crises and refugee flows. Your typical tasks The IT department's primary technologies lie within the Microsoft Windows server platform. Your typical support tasks will therefore fall within: Office365 and Active Directory: user administration including automation of user administration Hardware handling: preparation and delivery of PCs and equipment to employees. Maintenance of AV equipment Support and problem solving: IT support and technical support on PCs, mobile devices, printers and software. Telephony contact center Kombit (The joint municipal framework architecture) and STS administration Maintenance of asset list In addition, participation in IT-related projects and preparation of documentation and guidance will also be part of your daily tasks. It is expected that you want to be proactive in the further development of the support team, as we emphasize standardizing and automating where it makes sense. We also continuously evaluate our platforms and solutions, and as an employee you can influence both the choice and the implementation of the right solutions. In order to be successful in the role, it is crucial that you see the position as operational. You see yourself as an IT supporter with an important, supporting role where you like to make a difference. Therefore, you must also want to be service-minded and be passionate about further developing your technical foundation, as well as find responsibility and development within your area a matter of course. Your expertise There are many areas of knowledge that we need you to contribute to and expect you to be able to document several years of practical experience. The most important professional competences are: a relevant technical IT education within Data and Communication or an equivalent theoretical and practical background. experience from working in a Service Desk and in-depth knowledge of the ITIL processes: Incident, Request and Problem management. experience with administration of MS Office 365 as well as solid knowledge of support for Exchange online, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive. Danish in both writing and speech and has the courage to communicate in English with suppliers and business partners as well as read professional texts and instructions in English. In addition, we would like you to have a broad and specific knowledge of platforms, technologies and infrastructure, and the ability to translate your IT knowledge into advice. You as a person In relation to your work tasks, you are pragmatic and solution-oriented in your approach and you think analytically, structured and holistically. At the same time, it comes naturally to you to keep up to date with the latest technologies and working methods. You thrive on taking responsibility for each individual task, and investigate cases thoroughly before passing them on. You must thrive with freedom under responsibility, be self-driven and be able to juggle both operational tasks and projects at the same time - even when time is short. And of course you must be able to work closely with the rest of the team and follow the processes that have been created.
