Consultant for a project position in ZBC's Job and labor market department

Can you uncover needs, advise and inspire public and private companies, and do you focus on establishing cooperation with companies through insight and understanding of the individual company and its needs. Then maybe you are our new consultant with responsibility for outreach work related to a new project which deals with clarification of companies' recruitment needs.   About the job We work to link education, labor market and business policy. In this job, it is specifically about building a bridge between the 3 political areas in practice, with a focus on the needs of companies. With a view to the specific project, we are looking for a consultant who can carry out outreach work for private companies and cooperation with public institutions. You will be given the role of liaison between the company and the project, which is located in ZBC's job and employment department. You manage to get private companies into dialogue, uncover their current and future needs (for labour), and establish an agreement. Among other things, the tasks will be: Establishing contact with companies. Prospective meetings at the companies, where the task is to motivate the companies to participate in the project. In cooperation with the participating companies, to uncover job functions that can be separated into substitution jobs. companies, including aftercare. Your profile As a person, you are independent and solution-oriented. You have a high level of drive and have a welcoming and flexible approach to business prospecting. In addition, you as a person must be able to accommodate and see the possibilities in the diversity among the participants, and work with this as a basis for the assignment. We imagine that you have a few years of practical experience with outreach work for public and private organizations.  Furthermore, it is an advantage if you have: Broad knowledge of the labor market, business and education world. Knowledge of various industries. Preferably experience of working with people who are on the edge of the labor market. Experience of development together with companies and employees, including those at risk.
