Would you like to work psychotherapeutically with patients with personality disorders and at the same time become part of a large psychotherapeutic clinic close to research? The position is in the Team for emotionally unstable (EUP) and anxious evasive (ÆEP) personality structure (Team 1), which handles treatment for these groups and which is led by psychologist Cathryn Hockridge. About us The treatment is organized in package courses and the patients are offered MBT or DAT for EUP and MBT-MIT for ÆEP in combined group and individual courses. The team is interdisciplinary (doctors, psychologists, nurses, occupational therapists, social worker), who all have therapeutic courses individually as well as in groups (co-therapists in groups 2 and 2). All therapists are well trained in MBT and/or DAT. There is a high degree of professionalism, a good atmosphere and great togetherness, excellent supervision opportunities and conferences with space for discussions. You must want to take part in daily joint reflections, where doubt, curiosity and different expertise are at play. Team 1 is one of 4 teams in the Psychotherapy Clinic, and there is ongoing collaboration between the different teams as well as joint teaching and monthly joint staff meetings. The clinic comprises a total of four teams: Team 1 - emotionally unstable personality structure; anxious evasive personality structure; Team 2 - depression; Team 3 - PTSD and Team 4 for OCD and anxiety disorders. The clinic as a whole (approx. 60 doctors, psychologists, psychotherapists and secretaries) uses evidence-based psychotherapeutic methods within both the psychodynamic and the cognitive-behavioural therapeutic reference framework. The Psychotherapeutic Clinic is a dynamic and challenging workplace with good professional development and training opportunities at a high level, where the centre's core values ​​of respect, professionalism, responsibility and commitment are at the fore. The psychologists are involved in close daily collaboration with all colleagues. The clinic's entire staff handles the treatment of a wide range of patients with non-psychotic disorders. About the tasks The tasks will, among other things, include: DAT individually and in a group with EUP, possibly MBT MBT-MIT with ÆEP Initial assessments (preliminary interview with diagnostics) of all the clinic's patient categories, and possibly follow-up assessments/assessments Treatment planning and conference participation Teaching and possibly development and research tasks Possibly possibilities for other therapy courses with other types of non-psychotic disorders for example PTSD In addition, to a lesser extent, participation in task solving at the Psychiatric Center Copenhagen as a whole (eg supervision, crisis interviews or test psychological examinations). You are employed in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and associated working hours agreement. The clinic is open during the day, Monday-Friday. If you are a newly employed nurse, you will also be linked to a specific 24-hour section, where you will be part of the on-call work on Saturday and Sunday every 6 weeks.
