Due to the increase in the volume of work, our Production team is looking for new members who will contribute to the success, therefore we are advertising for the position:

CNC department supervisor

Place of work Nova Pazova

RESPONSIBILITIES:

He fully understands the mechanical design of the processing and the dimensions that need to be controlled

Organizes work in the CNC department

It loads the production programs and the corresponding profile properly

Determines the basics of fastening for the correct production of each profile

Directs and supports CNC operators when needed to prepare setups

Creates new processing programs in cooperation with the manager/head of department

He fully understands the operation and programming of machines

Quantitatively and qualitatively checks input profiles for processing

Checks the first manufactured piece in detail regarding processing dimensions

It examines the processing dimensions of each piece in order to check all processing and achieve the lowest possible amount of waste produced

Visually checks after processing for possible scratches, bumps or damage caused by the machine

Monitors smooth operation of machines (strange noises, etc.), stops work in case of malfunction or unsafe operation and informs shift supervisor, engineer or electrician

Thoroughly checks the processing on all machines whenever necessary during each shift and corrects programs in cooperation with the operator where and when necessary

REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES:

Minimum VI degree of education in mechanical or technical field

Work experience - 2 years in similar jobs

Working on a computer, MS Office package

English language is mandatory
