Maintenance Technician - Halkidiki

Maintenance Technician On behalf of a multinational brand operating in ultra-luxury tourism we are seeking a maintenance technician for 12-month employment in Halkidiki . Responsibilities Undertake basic repairs and maintenance tasks; Plumbing (e.g. fix/tighten loose taps or pipe); minimal joinery and carpentry (e.g. tighten drawing or cupboard doors); painting/decorating. Respond to guests repair requests. Be able to log and complete tasks as per our asset management system, Transcendent. Managing suppliers and contractors carrying out minor duties on site. Ensure the gardens and grounds of the property are well maintained, clean, tidy and hazard free. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested. Ensuring the hotel is well maintained and compliant by completing various tasks as required Requirements Previous experience in a hotel environment is desirable, or as a general construction worker.
