Your role You will monitor the optimal and safe operation of stores and facilities, respecting budgets and deadlines; You will identify and implement solutions to optimize costs and increase operational efficiency; You will constantly monitor the condition of the buildings, identify the need for repairs and implement measures for continuous improvement; You will select and manage the relationship with suppliers, negotiate contracts and ensure the quality of the services provided by them; You will provide support for Lidl locations by being available to travel in the area Fundeni Logistics Headquarters and neighboring counties. Your profile You have completed higher education, preferably in the technical field, and you know the legislation in the field of construction and maintenance; You have experience in a similar role for at least 3-4 years; You have a category B driver's license and availability to travel for the less than 50% of the time; You have experience working with MS Office, especially Excel; You are a proactive person, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a special ability to find creative solutions to complex problems.
