Reporting to the contracts manager you will be responsible for the management of the full construction phase from groundworks to M&E installation and commissioning. You will be responsible for heath & safety on site and will be required to produce risk assessments, method statements and update the construction phase plan. A commercial understanding is required to assist the contract manager ensuring project budget and programme is maintained.RequirementsMinimum 5 years experience as a UK site manager (project value £1m £10m)Construction related qualification. Preferred but not essentialFull UK driving licenceSMSTSFirst AidProblem solving abilitiesKnowledge of health & safety proceduresUse of Microsoft office
