Job Description
Post responsibilities:• Check, for orders from the CKA portfolio, the correctness of the quantities and assortment in relation to the confirmed delivery notice and the goods receipt note issued by the customer;• Check, for the orders from the CKA portfolio, the existence and correctness of the customer's requirements: order number, notice number, barcodes, external customer codes, UM;• Ensure, for customers from the CKA portfolio with an invoicing agreement electronically, that the requirements for EDI sending are respected.• Requests from the territory the missing documents or their restoration in case of inconsistencies between the order, the notice and the delivery and the receipt note.• Issues the invoice respecting the invoicing procedure, the processing time, the client's requirements and the EDI transmission requirements.• Permanently collaborates with colleagues from the sales and distribution structures for the fastest possible resolution of errors and disputes.
