Job Description:

Management and maintenance of facilities of various purposes

Organization and maintenance of the facility's technical and operational functionality

Development and implementation of procedures required for facility management and emergency response

Supervision and control of the technical service and assignment of work tasks

Coordination of work of other services, control of dynamics and quality of services

Collecting offers and participating in the selection of external companies for the provision of services

Coordination and supervision of subcontractors

Preparation of the CAPEX, OPEX budget for the needs of the assigned project

Preparation and analysis of electricity consumption by tenants, management and supervision of processes related to energy consumption

Spotting and removing defects on objects

Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports

Required Qualifications:

VII degree of vocational training in technical direction

Desirable experience in preparing calculations for participating in facility management tenders

Professional Residential Building Manager license preferred

More than 3 years of experience in managing commercial and/or residential facilities

Advanced use of MS Office packages

Knowledge of the English language

Active driver
