is looking for a partner, a large supermarket company,
Logistics Shift Manager,
for the Oinophyta.
Position Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to departmental procedures, quality specifications and internal and external customer service standards
Cost control of turnover and monitoring of the performance and productivity index of the department
Management of available labor resources and coordination of the daily operation of the shift
Resolve any problems or emergencies that arise during the shift
Training, coaching and supporting employees according to current needs
Compilation of reports for all the activities of the department
Ensuring compliance with safety rules and quality in the workplace
Necessary qualifications:
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field preferred
Work experience of at least 3 years in a similar position
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Very good knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
Results and problem solving orientation
Scheduling and delegating skills
Management skills and team spirit
Flexibility and ability to work in shifts
