Responsibilities: Design MEP for Commercial and Residential Projects from Predesign to Construction Drawings. Prepare / Review Technical reports, Bill of Quantities and Budgets of Projects. Collaborate with stakeholders such as clients, designers, suppliers, contractors and construction managers for the success of the projects. Supervise construction on-site whenever required Collaborate with other design and construction team members on projects Collaborate with suppliers and construction managers Requirements: University degree / Post graduate diploma Member of Technical Chamber of Greece Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP Design of Buildings Knowledge of Greek Regulations and Legislation and especially the MEP aspects of Fire and Life Safety (FLS) and KENAK Excellent knowledge of Greek and English in both writing and speaking Excellent knowledge AutoCAD, MS office and 4M Software Willingness to work based on project deadlines References Other additional skills that will be appreciated: Able to multi-task, effective under pressure, with an outgoing personality, organized and thorough.
