The year 2005 represented the moment of the realization of an ideal: the founding of a recruitment and executive search agency that offers its clients both recruitment and headhunting consultancy, as well as the entire range of services related to human capital. We successfully adapt the new trends in the field of Human Resources and we creatively use the opportunities offered by the economic environment to achieve the commercial and communication targets of our partners. Our activity translates into intelligent solutions based on complete and complex databases, web applications, information and socialization portals, test batteries designed and implemented together with each of the partners, online marketing campaigns and headhunting. Education requirements: Higher technical or economic studies, previous experience: at least 2 years of experience: Organization, Analysis/synthesis capacity, negotiation, communication, team spirit, initiative, dynamism, PC knowledge Responsibilities Answering phone calls related to the sales department and advising potential customers in order to resolve their requests, either by directing them to the technical department or by putting them in touch with a commercial agent. Identifying potential customers for the sale of standard profiles, obtaining sales prices for these customers from the sales department / general manager, preparing offers and proforma, which automatically involves checking stock availability and supply possibilities. Discussing, in short, the situation of each customer who bought within that day, the status of payments and guarantees, etc. Tracking the status of payments for proforma together with the Economic Department and after paying them, sending the information to the Technical department for order processing in order to prepare for delivery. Informing the customer before the due date of the payment instruments about their transmission to the bank. Preparing sales charts and payment statements (monthly task). the showroom in a presentable state Checking the situation of the presentation materials necessary in the sales activity, catalogs, leaflets, samples and remedying any shortages. Providing support to clients in order to make available all the documents generated by the commercial relationship with the company: proforma, invoice, notice, financial situation / payments, quality certificates, etc. Updating the database that includes the identification data of the company, address, telephone as well as the contact persons contact Preparation of reports to management, upon request. Fulfillment of other tasks related to the company's activity assigned to him by his superiors.
