Site Civil Engineer

Your Role: Manage on-site activities and coordinate with construction teams to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations. Perform regular inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure quality control. Collaborate with architects and project managers to resolve any design discrepancies or construction issues. Prepare reports and documentation related to project progress, costs, and timelines. Assist in the selection and management of subcontractors and suppliers. Certification of subcontractor's work. Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, project plans, and any changes to the original design. Promote and enforce health and safety standards on construction sites to protect all workers. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 3+ years of experience in site engineering. Strong knowledge of construction processes and regulations. Proficient in both engineering design software and project management tools. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments. Good organizational and time-management abilities.
