Become our new committed utility distributor
As a distributor, you have overall management responsibility for the store's operations, including employees, finance and sales. This includes, for example:
Responsible for budget, results and other administrative tasks.
Ensure that your employees continuously develop through coaching and training
Develops the store and shapes the range
The majority of your time is spent among employees and customers in the store, as you participate in the daily tasks. It is important that you get to know our customers so that we can offer a range that meets their needs. Here, there is a largely free framework for exercising genuine merchantmanship and shaping the range, bringing local goods into play, etc.
In addition, you are in charge of creating good unity among the employees. You set up frameworks for your employees where there is room for independent development and you are not afraid to let your employees fail, as you know that it develops your employees. Most importantly, you equip your employees to take responsibility for their own areas and involve them in operations so that you succeed together.
Initiate local initiatives
The use is dependent on a strong anchoring in the local environment and that we offer a strong merchant experience. You therefore get a largely free framework to try out new initiatives, make agreements to negotiate locally produced goods, etc. and thus independently run your store with a good concept behind it.
The person we are looking for must be able to tick the following:
You have management experience from the retail industry
You work with operational and administrative tasks
You have a good understanding of numbers and accounts, as well as IT knowledge
Is structured and creates good team spirit
Able to secure the future, have an overview and create a shop ready for sale every day of the week
Is an expert in customer service
As a person, you are primarily outgoing and you like to talk to people. As a leader, you see the best in people and create results through others. You take the lead, bring new initiatives into play, but also dare to step into the background and leave the management to your employees. Regardless, you are good at motivating your employees through your passion for what you do.
