Shift manager

A shift manager position is open at our well-known international pharmaceutical partner in Vas county.
Your new position:
Monitoring the efficiency of production, identifying sources of loss and initiating corrective measures
Monitoring and striving to improve production indicators
Carrying out administrative tasks and ensuring the flow of information in the work area
Management, support, training of assigned employees, as well as active communication and contact with partner areas
Allocation of machines between assigned employees, taking into account resources
Carry out shift handover and acceptance in accordance with expectations
Preparation of daily reports, participation and reporting in SFM meetings
What do you need to succeed?
secondary education - a qualification in a technical field is an advantage
1-2 years of experience as a shift manager in a production environment
high level of discipline
openness to developing processes and learning new practices
