Customer Care Team Leader

Responsibilities:
Team Coordination and Management:
Guiding, coordinating and supervising team members to effectively achieve project objectives.
Developing Skills and Providing Support:
Training and empowering the team, with the aim of ensuring an excellent service experience for customers and partners.
Performance Monitoring and Improvement:
Analysis and monitoring of Performance Indicators (KPIs), as well as development of proposals and actions to achieve the desired results.
Organization and Optimization of Processes:
Planning, organizing and coordinating production activities, with the aim of continuously improving the efficiency and performance of the team.
Required Qualifications:
Excellent knowledge of French and English is essential.
Familiarity with the use of PC and crm systems is essential.
A minimum of 2 years experience in a call center is required.
