Clinically responsible nurse with assistant manager function

The recovery department is looking for a clinically responsible nurse with assistant manager function in a permanent position from 1 June 2025 or by agreement for 37 hours per week. The position is combined administrative and clinical.
The recovery unit consists of 12 nurses and works in 3 locations at Næstved Hospital:
Central recovery: Here, processes are handled for hospitalized patients within the specialties of orthopedic surgery and eye surgery
Department for ambulatory surgery (AAK): Here, courses are provided for outpatients, adults and children within the specialties of urology, orthopedic surgery, eye surgery and specialist dentistry
Same-day surgery department (SDK): Outpatient procedures are handled here within the specialties of orthopedic surgery and endoscopy
In addition to the above, the section assists with CVK installations

As a clinical manager, you will handle tasks within nursing competence development, rethinking of interdisciplinary collaboration and transitions, as well as optimization of documentation and workflows.
As deputy manager, you are responsible for shift planning and daily coordination of resources.
Both parts after training and in collaboration with the head nurse.

The recovery unit is part of the anesthesiology department at Næstved, Slagelse and Ringsted Hospital (NSR). In the NSR anesthesiology department, we work to create respectful relationships in the meeting with the patient and between employees, where orderliness and trust are a prerequisite. We work to a high professional standard and have a special focus on the coherent patient process, while at the same time we work purposefully to preserve a good culture where we respect each other and protect the good working environment.
Remuneration is according to the collective agreement between the Danish Regions and the Danish Nursing Council.
