Job responsibilities include: At first you will learn to do everything, and then, depending on your skills, we will structure the work so that you do what you do best. Here are some of the initial tasks:? Providing a pleasant experience to customers in the showroom.? Ensuring the cleanliness and stock of products on the shelf.? Preparing parcels for delivery to customers in the country.? Preparation of documentation for sending orders and offers.? Taking over and solving possible complaints.? Collaborating with the team to achieve sales objectives. Checking the correctness of the data in the online store (pictures, product description, price). Writing internal procedures. Taking over the phone and processing orders from the website. How will your activity be carried out?? In the beginning, you will have two main responsibilities: preparing parcels and serving customers in the showroom.? If after the first 3 months you will excel in what you do, you will also take over the confirmation of telephone orders. Your salary will automatically increase by 500 lei.? If you also manage well with the processing of orders, after 3-6 months you have the possibility to increase your income also through performance commission.? Further, there are opportunities for advancement, but first we must work well together!
