Committed kindergarten class leaders for Tove Ditlevsen's School

Tove Ditlevsen's School is a well-functioning and sought-after four-track school with approx. 900 students. We have a skilled staff group, a committed parent group and wonderful children and young people from different environments.  
Tove Ditlevsen's School and KKFO are located on several land registers in a vibrant and diverse Vesterbro. Pre-school and KKFO are located at Enghave Plads, intermediate level and out-of-school in Frederiksstadsgade and three more KKFO registers within walking distance of the school. 
A unanimous children and youth committee in the Municipality of Copenhagen has decided on a new direction in 2024, which in the long term will strengthen the city's schools and daycare centers, so that all children have a real opportunity to go to school where they live, and where the goal is to strengthen the public environment, so that more children can stay in the community here. The politicians have set aside money for, among other things to hire more kindergarten class leaders, so that the kindergarten class leader follows the children from the kindergarten class up to 1st grade.  
We are therefore expanding our kindergarten class team and are looking for four kindergarten class leaders for our kindergarten classes. As a kindergarten class leader, you will be part of a team around the kindergarten class, which consists of four transition educators and four kindergarten class leaders in the first year. In the second year, the kindergarten class leader follows up to 1st grade and will this year become part of a team consisting of four kindergarten class leaders and six teachers.  
We expect you 

has a pedagogical education with good, solid experience in working with children, preferably with experience as a kindergarten class leader
sees outdoor school and a playful approach to learning as a strength and a natural part of the school day
emphasizes and is able to include the child's perspective in your daily practice
is interested in contributing to creating inclusive learning communities for all children
is academically and pedagogically sound, good at classroom management and sees co-teaching as a natural part of how the school day is organized
can plan, organize and carry out your work flexibly and independently with the core task in focus
contributes to a binding collaboration with colleagues on children's well-being and development
is prepared to work in a close team collaboration with the other educators, kindergarten class leaders and teachers at the school
can use digital platforms and portals as well as written documentation
is clear in your communication both in writing and orally
have an appreciative view of children (children do well if they can)

Terms of employment
The positions are full until joining on 1 August 2025. Salary and employment according to the applicable collective agreement according to principles of local wage formation in agreement with the organization authorized to negotiate. In connection with employment, we obtain child and criminal records and take references.
