We are therefore looking for you with skills in holistic thinking, communication and execution of very basic nursing efforts, as well as a strong interest in leading the nursing effort from its inception to completion.
Through co-created management and close dialogue between all professional groups, throughout our home and nursing care, we are at the same time in full swing implementing small permanent mini-teams, where the out-going nursing team also plays an important role.
With permanent and self-governing teams, we want the citizens to feel more secure that it is a permanent team that solves the tasks at home.
At the same time, we want increased commitment and job satisfaction among the employees, because they experience that they are making use of their professionalism and competences, as well as creating continuity for the citizen.
As a nurse with us, you must therefore also be able to keep an eye on the interdisciplinary aspect of planning and carrying out nursing tasks for citizens, in collaboration with the team you are assigned to.
Your tasks will include, among other things:

Carrying out complex planned and emergency nursing tasks
Coordination and collaboration with the citizen's other healthcare networks
Training of colleagues, citizens and relatives
Participation in projects and quality work
Documentation in Nexus
Describe, act and evaluate nursing problems
Daily triage
Manage medication administration and adverse events
Professional sparring and supervision for assistants and social and health workers
Contribute to the training of new students

What we are looking for from you:

That you can work independently and take responsibility
Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing or other relevant healthcare work
Can maintain an overview and keep an eye on the task solution
Has strong communication and collaboration skills, and can pass on your knowledge
Academically sound
Flexibility

Have a driver's license

We can offer you a permanent position of 28-37 hours, with weekend shift every 4 weekends, preferably on day shift, with meeting times from 7am-3pm.
You must count on 2-6 evening shifts in 12 weeks, as well as evening shifts in connection with holidays in the staff group.
We are flexible in relation to our scheduling of shifts.
Salary is according to the applicable collective agreement. A criminal record is obtained upon employment.
Start 1 June 2024 or by agreement.
