We have approx. 360 students divided into 0th - 6th grade. We cherish a broad diversity among the children. This means that we develop our children's understanding of different needs so that tolerance is part of their mindset. In addition, there is a focus on high quality in all kinds of activities as an important focal point for the SFO's continued development. You are part of the school's management team together with the headteacher and deputy headteacher. Despite the location close to the city, the school has good outdoor facilities and is close to scenic surroundings. What is the task: In Dagmarskolen's management team, we carry out the tasks of the school's operation and development together. You are at the forefront of the further development of the educational culture during the school day and especially in the leisure life at Dagmarskolen. Children must thrive, learn something and express themselves throughout the day in communities with other children and professional adults. You are responsible for the pedagogues playing an important role in the collaboration with the teachers during class time and stand in their own right as the after-school pedagogic experts in the afternoon.
